My name is Tara Gomez and I am a certified birth doula serving in the El Dorado, Placer and Sacramento County. I received my Doula Certification through Heart and Hands Midwifery Intensive.
By choosing to have a doula, you are doing one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby. It is my goal to ensure a positive birthing experience for mom, partner and baby.
